M & S had such a beautiful and fun wedding! Even though they had to compromise and change some things up because of COVID they still pulled together an amazing wedding FILLED with people that truly loved them. The wedding day was so full of emotion and happy tears from start to finish. And if you were to ask me, version two of their wedding day turned out so much better.
We started the day getting ready at Kimpton Hotel Monaco, which has AMAZING rooms. The amount of light pouring in was fantastic and the decor was neat. Gave me interesting backdrops to work with for my images. Did you also know that you can have your photos taken on their marble steps? M & S had their first look at them and it was certainly beautiful.
From the hotel in downtown, we went to a quant Baltimore neighborhood, Mt. Washington. They had their ceremony and reception at Mt. Washington Tavern. I've never been before but as soon as I walked in I was excited to photograph in it. It's perfect for anyone that has a smaller wedding but still has a big wedding feel because of how space is laid out. Plus their food was the bomb!
Right after the ceremony, we went near the Mt. Washington Mill Business Center to take some bride and groom portraits. It doesn't look like much to the avg. person but it was gold for photos! It has very nice natural colors but also amazing textures everywhere. It goes with most styles.
The night ended with great emotional speeches and A LOT of dancing, including a dance battle between two grandmas.
